Ivalua has partnered with European procurement platform Unite to provide customers with integrated access to more than 2,000 vetted suppliers, helping organisations improve tail spend management, strengthen supplier visibility and support more sustainable procurement.
Ivalua has announced a strategic partnership with Unite that integrates the two companies’ procurement platforms, enabling organisations to manage tail and non-contracted spend through access to Unite’s network of more than 2,000 vetted European suppliers.
The integration combines Ivalua’s enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) procurement platform with Unite’s catalogue-based marketplace, allowing customers to manage supplier sourcing and purchasing within existing procurement workflows.
The companies said the partnership is designed to improve supplier management, consolidate long-tail purchasing and increase spend visibility across procurement operations.
Through the integration, procurement teams can search, compare and purchase products from Unite’s supplier network without leaving the Ivalua platform.
The solution allows organisations to maintain existing approval workflows and compliance controls while managing non-contracted spend digitally.
The partnership also extends Ivalua’s Search360 technology by providing access to products that fall outside existing supplier contracts. At the same time, Unite will be able to incorporate customers’ contracted supplier catalogues, making them available through both Unite’s marketplace and Ivalua’s Search360 functionality.
The combined capability is intended to simplify product searches and reduce the time required to source goods.
Ivalua said customers will benefit from broader product catalogues, improved access to local suppliers across Europe and enhanced spend data to support financial oversight and procurement decision-making.
The partnership is also intended to strengthen procurement resilience by providing organisations with access to a wider network of pre-vetted suppliers while maintaining visibility and governance over non-contracted purchasing.
