The portfolio of Emirates Link Maltauro alludes to a prominent role in the Middle East construction sector, having contributed to some of the region’s most significant projects.

A PASSION FOR PROJECTS

Emirates Link Maltauro (ELM) continues to affirm its position as one of the leading general contracting companies in the UAE via a plethora of high profile projects and unsurpassed quality levels.

With vast experience in the construction sector, ELM has taken huge pride in executing several landmark projects across the Middle Eastern region since its inception in 1995; evolving its market-leading portfolio organically over the subsequent 22 years to reach the elevated status it enjoys today.

“ELM has offered unsurpassed quality in the construction sector, adopting the latest technologies, including field works, administration and project management,” the Company emphasises. “With an outfit of highly qualified professionals and engineers, ELM ensures that every contract is executed under strict professional supervision.”

In an industry as tight-knit as Middle Eastern construction, the key to success revolves around consistency, with word of mouth as good-an indication of acumen as anything else. To this end, ELM ensures that ongoing collaboration with shareholders, partners and customers drives its innovations and processes; each project becoming a mutually beneficial partnership between all parties.

“We have embarked on a mission to work hand-in-hand with our partners, to implement creative business solutions, while maintaining the highest standards in the industry,” the Company confirms via its mission statement. “Emirates Link Maltauro’s vision is to become a leader in the field of general construction contracting in United Arab Emirates and the region and, most of all, to be trusted as the number one source for high quality and innovative services.”

HIGHEST STANDARDS OF EXCELLENCE

ELM’s core business covers the full spectrum of the building construction field, once again emphasising the turnkey ethos that the Company has strived to achieve in order to truly meet the region and industry’s requirements.

Its experience and skill-set subsequently range across residential, commercial, institutional and governmental services, and even healthcare infrastructure.

“Based on the lessons learned from executed projects for different stakeholders, work permits, FM teams, and interfaces with other contractors, ELM has the ability to overcome challenges and avoid related glitches, as well as having the capability to improve the project’s convenience where needed,” the Company states.

The result of such a philosophy is the privilege of working alongside numerous high-end clients in the UAE – and further afield – over the years.

These include the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation; Emirates Real Estate Corp.; Emirates Identity Authority; Baniyas; Aldar; Abu Dhabi Airports Company; and Bloom.

Regarding the latter, April, 2017 saw the announcement of the main works at Faya; the fourth phase of Bloom Properties’ master-planned community called Bloom Gardens.

Situated in Abu Dhabi, Emirates Link Maltauro has been appointed to conduct the main works following its success during Phase 3 back in the first quarter of 2017.

“Sameh Muhtadi, Chief Executive Officer of Bloom Holding, said in a statement at the time: “We are delighted to confirm that the main works of Faya at Bloom Gardens have commenced. This marks a significant milestone for the master development that has set new benchmarks for quality urban lifestyle.”

He added: “Bloom enjoys an excellent working relationship with Emirates Link Maltauro which is credited with completing the Phase 2 and Phase 3 of Bloom Gardens ahead of schedule. Bloom Gardens has created a community that its residents are proud to call home due to its highly accessible location and top-notch facilities. Bloom Properties is committed to completing Faya with the quality standards we have endorsed in earlier phases.”

Mohamad Sleiman, General Manager of Emirates Link Maltauro, added: “We are proud to be a part of this strategically located project. It provides us with another opportunity to showcase our extensive experience in executing several landmark projects in the Middle East. We are committed to delivering the project to the highest standards of excellence expected of us.”

CREATIVITY AND COMMITMENT

Repeat business – driven by aforementioned word of mouth benefits – is a staple for Emirates Link Maltauro and other projects alongside Bloom Properties have included SOHO Square, Brighton College, and MBZ Residential Villas.

Other repeat clients have included DSSCB, Al Dar Properties, the Ministry of Public Works, Emirates Identity Authority, Crown Paper Mill Ltd and Musanda.

The latter client presented the Company with one of its most prestigious contracts working on the Federal Supreme Court; a project worth AED159.5 million in total.

The Company details: “The proposed Federal Supreme Court building will be constructed on a plot size of approximately 6,323 square metres located at Abu Dhabi, Plot No.25-26, Sector-58 West. The Court building has an approximate built up area of 24,000 square metres and the Court building consists of a ground floor and three storeys, as well as basement parking and a helipad.”

Governmental contracts make-up just a portion of ELM’s overall sector reach, however, with residential, retail, commercial, schools, healthcare, industrial, infrastructure and transport combining to complete the total remit. Additional ‘special projects’ are also completed to once again emphasise the flexibility that exists within the Company’s skill-set.

And to achieve such flexibility and customisability, the Company pays testament to one of the best staff compliments in the region.

“Emirates Link Maltauro is always interested in hiring outstanding people with a wide range of backgrounds,” it concludes. “What we look for is people with creativity, commitment, an analytical mind and leadership potential.”
