Chemelex has successfully deployed Ivalua’s Source-to-Contract platform across eight global markets, strengthening procurement governance, supplier collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to support long-term operational growth.
Chemelex has successfully gone live with Ivalua’s Source-to-Contract (S2C) solution, marking a significant step forward in the company’s global procurement transformation.
Announced on 5 August, the deployment equips the Houston-headquartered manufacturer with a modern procurement platform designed to strengthen governance, streamline sourcing, and improve supplier management across its international operations.
A global leader in electric thermal and sensing solutions, Chemelex manufactures self-regulating electric heating cables and thermal sensors used for pipe freeze protection, industrial temperature maintenance, snow melting, and leak detection systems.
The implementation spans eight key markets – the US, UK, India, China, Australia, Singapore, Japan, and Germany – creating a unified procurement framework across the company’s worldwide footprint.
For Ivalua, the project demonstrates how unified procurement technology can help organisations strengthen supplier performance while reducing operational risk.

The rollout includes Ivalua’s Supplier Relationship Performance Management (SRPM) capabilities and was delivered by implementation partner Durvah IT Consulting.
Integrated with Chemelex’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform and third-party screening systems, the deployment modernises procurement and supplier management processes while providing greater visibility across the supplier lifecycle.
According to Ivalua, the platform will enable Chemelex to strengthen governance, automate workflows, improve supplier collaboration, and support faster, data-driven decision-making.
The company also expects the solution to establish a scalable foundation that supports future procurement innovation as its global operations continue to evolve.
