Restaurant Operations consolidates data from Oracle Simphony Cloud and other point-of-sale systems, providing hospitality businesses with a centralised view of key performance indicators (KPIs), operational trends, and reporting.
This unified approach gives restaurant operators a single source of truth across operational and financial data, helping support decision-making and business performance.

The system includes embedded AI capabilities designed to automate repetitive tasks and deliver insights across restaurant operations.
AI-driven analysis provides insights and recommendations that help organisations identify trends and make predictions in areas such as inventory management. These tools are intended to support more informed operational decisions while reducing manual workload.

Built on more than 25 years of Oracle and NetSuite hospitality and restaurant financial best practices experience, the platform is designed to support restaurants of varying sizes, from single-location startups to global franchise operations.
The system enables Oracle Simphony Cloud customers to improve accuracy, operational speed, and employee productivity through an enhanced user interface, improved materials control and inventory tools, and AI-powered capabilities designed to handle repetitive processes.
Global rollout planned for Oracle NetSuite Restaurant Operations
Oracle NetSuite Restaurant Operations is expected to become available to customers globally within the next 12 months.
The platform will support localisation in more than 110 countries, 190 currencies, and 27 languages, enabling restaurant and hospitality organisations worldwide to adopt the system.
